LEADERS OF THE FUTURE

Founded by Lihle Zilwa, a 13-year-old who felt lonely in her achievements and frustrated by her inconsistent academic performance, the Future Global Leaders Club seed was planted, watered and germinated into a formally registered Club, a Not-for-Profit Company registered with CIPC. Sometimes success need not only be as a result of self-determination but, can be because of the positive peer pressure that creates an automated conveyor belt towards success. The Future Global Leaders Club represents that incubator that will support and motivate top performers, and also represent that conveyor belt which is an automated process that facilitates continuous excellence in the world of teenagers.

A strong eco-system is required to ensure the support of the club, that is why key stakeholders include the Department of Basic Education, Public and Private Schools, Parents, Villagers and Ambassadors.

The core membership of the Club will be the Grade 8 to Grade 12 learners, with all the programs that are meant to nurture, support, instill excellence and inspire them into greatness.

The secondary membership of the Club will be the Future Global Leaders Club Junior Ambassadors, the Grade 1 to Grade 7 learners, who aspire to be full members of the Club from Grade 8. This will give them a reason to work hard and maintain excellence to secure admission as core members of the Club. They will have access to the Future Global Leaders Junior Ambassador’s brand identity so they can take pride in working towards being part of the galaxy of stars in the FGL database.

Finally, we have tertiary students who have already drawn up their paths but might need constant motivation and a virtual home, they will be accepted as Future Global Leaders Club Ambassadors who will promote brand visibility and be able to participate in FGL seminars and workshops that are relevant for them.
